CLASSIC PROGRAMS
Classic Programs Overview & Selec on
Strength, Hill Climb, Interval and Fat Burn programs are considered classic programs. Each off er iden cal setup and data entry.
Once the desired program has been selected, jump to the sec on en tled Classic Programs Setup Mode.
Strength Programs
Overview
The Strength program category off ers four (4) workout profi les. Each is designed to gradually increase the
resistance to help build the users strength and endurance.
Selec ng
From the Idle mode, press the STRENGTH key on the console. Use the UP or DOWN arrow keys to scroll
through the Strength profi le op ons and press the ENTER key to select the op on displayed in the brickyard.
Hill Climb Programs
Overview
The Hill Climb programs simulate climbing exercises with fi ve (5) preset hill profi les.
Selec ng
From the Idle mode, press the HILL CLIMB key on the console. Use the UP and DOWN arrow keys to view the
available course profi les, followed by the ENTER key to select the displayed profi le.
Interval Programs
Overview
The fi ve (5) Interval programs off er profi les with periods of high exer on alterna ng with periods of rest.
Intervals are an excellent way to increase endurance.
Selec ng
From the Idle mode, press the INTERVAL key on the console. Use the UP and DOWN arrow keys to view the
available course profi les, followed by the ENTER key to select the displayed profi le.
Fat Burn Programs
Overview
The two (2) Fat Burn programs are designed to maintain a rela vely low level of exer on over the course of the
workout. Keeping the heart rate at the lower range encourages weight loss.
