Before you start... Thank you for buying this Elan cooker. It should give you many years' trouble-free cooking if installed and operated correctly. It is therefore important that you read this section before you start, particularly if you have not used a dual fuel cooker before.

Australia Base heat This function uses the base element only. It will crisp up your pizza or quiche base, or finish off cooking the base of a pastry case on a lower shelf. It is also a gentle heat, good for the slow cooking of casseroles in the middle of the oven or for plate warming.
