2. See Figure 25. Note the positions of connectors. First unplug the three CMY module connectors B. Then
unplug the two effects module connectors C. Lift the module wiresets D with their rubber grommets out
of the cutout in the head chassis and move the wiresets out of the way.
3. See Figure 24. Remove the two Torx 20 screws E that hold the effects module in the head. Slide the
zoom/focus car F towards the front of the head and remove the effects module.

4. Rotate the aerial effects wheel
until the gobo you want to
replace is accessible.
5. See Figure 25. Loosen the two
Torx screws G on the
goboholder retaining clips on
either side of the gobo and
slide the clips outwards to
release the gobo.
6. Holding the goboholder by its
teeth, lift it out of the wheel.
7. With a small screwdriver or
similar, unhook the end of the
gobo spring furthest from the
gobo and pull out the spring.
Drop the gobo out of the
holder.
8. Check the spring and gobo
orientation details in Figure 22
and Figure 27. Hold the gobo
over the holder with the side
that must face towards the
lamp facing upwards, towards
the spring. See Figure 26. Line
up the mark H in the new gobo
with the magnet I in the holder
(the marks in gobos are also
visible at the top of each gobo
in Figure 14 on page 24).
9. Place the gobo in the holder
and Insert the spring with the
narrow end against the gobo
as shown in Figure 22. To
identify the narrow end, press the spring flat: the narrow end is on the inside. Push the end of the spring
in under the lip of the holder.
10. Check that the gobo is seated flush against the holder and that the spring is pressed as flat as possible
against the back of the gobo.
