    AXIS Q19 Thermal Camera Series has all the features of Axis other high-end network video products and can be seamlessly integrated into an existing IP-surveillance system. Due to export regulations for dual-use goods, the frame rate is limited to 8.3 fps in some countries.

    AXIS Media Control toolbar The AXIS Media Control viewer toolbar is available in Internet Explorer only. See AXIS Media Control (AMC), on page 17 for more information. The toolbar displays the following buttons: The Play button connects to the product and playing a live video stream.

AXIS Media Control negotiates with the camera to determine the transport protocol to use. The order of priority, listed in the AMC Control Panel, can be changed and the options disabled, to suit specific requirements.

    The palette selected here is used as the default palette, other palettes can be selected on the Live View page. Capture mode defines the maximum frame rate available in the Axis product. See Capture mode, on page 21. Video Stream To avoid bandwidth problems on the network, the frame rate allowed to each viewer can be limited.

    This page provides access to the image settings for the network camera. Capture mode Capture mode defines the maximum frame rate available in the Axis product. Select the desired Capture mode (frequency) from the drop-down list and click OK. If the capture mode setting is changed, most other settings, for example view areas, motion detection windows and events, will be removed or reset.
