If the engine is cold:
For HHD3500, move the choke lever to the left side to
close the choke. For HHD6250 or HHD7250, pull the
choke lever out to close the choke (Refer to Fig. 4.4 for
HHD6250/HHD7250 and Fig. 4.5 for HHD3500)
