Searching for a Point of Interest

If you know the name of a point of interest (POI), carry out the following procedure:
1. Tap Search)Spell. The Search Near screen appears.
2. Tap one of the screen buttons to select an option for the search area:
• near the current location,
• near the destination,
• at another location (which must be specified), or
• along the route.
3. On the on–screen keyboard, type part or all of the name and tap Search.
Examples:
• To find a coffee shop, type the word COFFEE, and tap Search.
• To find "Elephant and Castle", you could type either all or part of the words
"ELEPHANT" or "CASTLE", and tap Search.
By default, the points of interest are listed in order of distance from the location.
Tap the Sort by ABC button for an alphabetical list.
4. To display a point of interest on a map, tap the name in the list and tap Show
on Map.
5. To obtain a route to a point of interest, tap OK.
