When an Error Message Appears

The following describes the cause and the solution for an error message that
appears during scanning.

10.2.1 Errors during scanning with the [SCAN] tab

During scanning with the [SCAN] tab, the following errors may occur.
Space shortage of the print controller's internal HDD (HDD-B)
Free space on the print controller's internal HDD may have become less than
0.3 %. Check the free space by the following procedures.

On the browser software, enter the IP Address of the print controller.
Web Connection appears.

Details
To confirm the IP Address of the print controller, contact your network
administrator.
Using Web Connection enables you to check the current settings of the
printer.
For more information on Web Connection, refer to the user manual (Print-
er) and the user manual (POD Administrator Reference).

select [Detail]-[Hard Disk].
