To remotely access your answering system from
external line, you need to key in 4-digit security code at
the external terminal (default code is 0000).
After entering the remote access mode, press the
following keys to carry out your desired function.

1 Press once to repeat the current message
from the beginning
Press twice to play the previous message
2 Play/Stop the current message playback
3 Skip forward to the next message
4 Toggle Answer Off/Announce Only/
Announce and Record modes
5 Delete the message
