Problem Report Procedure

When you report a problem, please provide the following information:

Your name
u
Your company name, address, and phone number
u
Product model number (for example, CoBox-FL-IAP-01)
u
Serial number
u
Software version
u
Network configuration
u
Description of the problem
u
Debug report (stack dump), if applicable
u
Status of the unit when the problem occurred, including information on user and
network activity at the time of the problem, if possible.
