Three attributes of color
Every color has three attributes: hue, brightness, and saturation.
Hue refers to a color tone such as red or blue.
Brightness refers to lightness of color. As the brightness is increased, a color becomes
whitish, finally resulting in white. On the contrary, as the brightness is decreased, a color
becomes blackish, finally resulting in black.
Saturation refers to vividness of color. When the saturation is increased, a color becomes
vivid. When decreased, a color becomes tranquil.
On this copier, color can be adjusted with the hue, saturation, and exposure (brightness).
