4.2.2 Viewing and editing appointments
You can view and edit appointment contents. To edit appointment contents, please refer to section ..1
Adding New Appointments.
From the weekly view screen, the filled in blocks indicates the appointment time, line on the side
indicates an all day event. Each appointment status is represented with a color block:
• Busy: deep blue
• Out of Office: Magenta
• Tentative: light blue
• Free: White
Monthly View date block icon:
• : Indicates there are appointments in the morning on that day
• : Indicates there are appointments in the afternoon on that day
• : Indicates there are appointments both in the morning and afternoon on that day

View and editing appointments

Select

Use the Left/Right directional
button to select the date.

appointment.
