5.3 Outlook E-mail

You can use a Microsoft Office Outlook
Exchange Server
connection. E-mails will be sent/received simultaneously when synchronizing between
the phone and a computer or an Exchange Server

This can help limit your connection fees and battery consumption. For Direct Push

The phone will ring and display a reminder that you have unread mail(s) on the outer screen,
the Home screen, and the onscreen task bar at the top of the screen (Note 1). Your received
messages and any automatically backed up outgoing messages are stored in the built-in
memory space on the phone.

5.3.1 Drafting and Sending E-mails
You can use the phone to draft or send e-mails, as well as insert pictures, video, or voice
note attachments to the e-mail messages. The sent attachment files will be shown below the
mail subject. The next time you sync the phone with an Exchange Server
the e-mail in the Outbox will be sent via a Microsoft Office Outlook
computer.
