5.2 SMS

You can use SMS to quickly exchange information with
your contacts. The phone will ring and display a reminder
that you have unread message(s) on the outer screen,
the Home screen, and the onscreen task bar at the top
of the screen (Note 1). Your received messages and
automatically backed up outgoing messages are stored in
the built-in memory on the phone.
(Note 1) The Home screen unread message reminder:
• : ndicates you have unread messages
•
the Home screen will display the number of unread

messages. For example: one unread message will be
displayed as "Messages (1)".
Action: Using SMS
Select Text Messages

then press the
button
Goes to SMS Home Screen.
