9.1 Comm Manager

The Comm Manager lets you start up and turn
off the phone, WiFi wireless networking, and
Bluetooth wireless networking; it also lets you
activate ActiveSync®, stop data transfers, and
use Microsoft Direct Push.

To use Comm Manager to start up and turn
off phone functions, please refer to section
3.1.3; to activate/deactivate Wi-Fi wireless
networking, please refer to section 9.2;
to activate/deactivate Bluetooth wireless
networking, please refer to section 9.3.
You must fi rst confi gure data sync between the
phone and a remote Exchange Server® from
the ActiveSync®
option to be able to use Microsoft Direct Push.
For information on this function, please refer
to section 6.8.
