7.3 Windows Media Player

Through Microsoft Windows Media Player® 10 Mobile multimedia
playback function, you can use the phone to browse audio and vide
multimedia fi les on the phone or on the network. Before browsing fi les on
the network, you must fi rst use UMTS, GPRS, WiFi or create ActiveSync
® on computer etc. methods to connect to the network. You can also use
ActiveSync® to sync Windows Media Player® multimedia fi les on the
computer with the play list on the phone, please refer the descriptions in
Chapter 6.
Windows Media® media library will organize and categorize your
multimedia fi les saved on the phone memory and storage cards based
on the fi le contents information. You can use the media library categorize
function, to fi nd and select the media fi le you wish to playback according
to the fi le type, artist, album name, contents type etc.
You can confi gure Windows Media® related playback, video, network,
and media library settings. As well as confi guring the player skin, or
assign playback functions to the hardware buttons at the settings page.
