The childproof lock:
prevents children inside the vehicle from opening the door.
allows the door to be opened from the outside (if the door is
unlocked).
To set the childproof lock:
1. Open the sliding door.
2. Find the childproof lock knob above the label.
3. Pull the knob out.
To release the childproof lock:
1. Open the sliding door from the outside.
2. Push the childproof lock knob in.
Power Door Locks (If equipped)
The power door lock control switches are located in the panels of
the front doors. They control the locks on both front doors, the
sliding door and the liftgate.
