Supporting Multiple Lines
You can customize your phone so that incoming calls from a particular contact
are transferred directly to a third party.
To divert incoming calls from a particular contact:
Press

Select Contact Directory.

Use

You can also use the * key to page up and the # key to page down.
Press the Edit soft key, and then scroll down to the Divert Contact field.

Enter the number of the party to whom you want to divert the call.

Scroll down to the Auto Divert field.

phone that are performed by your system administrator.
Your SoundPoint IP 550/560 phone can support up to 8 lines.
Typically, the top-most Line Key is reserved for the principal directory
number (DN) of the phone.
