The compartment behind the seat, which can be
accessed through the seat back (A), houses:
use and maintenance manual;
toolkit consisting of:
- spark plug wrench;
- tommy bar for spark plug wrench;
- double-ended screwdriver;
- Allen key for fairing panels.
To open the seat back, turn the fastener (B) anti-clockwise
to release it.
To close the seat back, turn the fastener clockwise until it
engages.
Notes
A seat lock (C) is also supplied so that the motorcycle
may be converted from single seat to dual seat: to do this,
contact an Authorized Ducati Service Centre.
