  • Page 7 3. Attach the Bench Frame (5) to the Crossbar (2) with two M10 x 60mm Bolts (29), two M10 Washers (6), and two M10 Nylon Locknuts (11). Do not tighten the Nylon Locknuts yet. Press a 45mm Square Inner Cap (24) into the indicated hole in the Crossbar (2).
  • Page 8 7. Lubricate the M10 x 180mm Bolt (28). Attach the Backrest (12) to the Bench Frame (5) with the Bolt, two M10 Washers (6), and an M10 Nylon Locknut (11). Secure the Backrest (12) to the Bench Frame (5) by inserting the Locking Pin (27) through one of the three sets of holes in the adjustment tubes and the tube (not shown) on the Bench Frame.
  • Page 9 11. Insert two 19mm Round Inner Caps (33) into each of the two Short Pad Tubes (34). Slide the Short Pad Tubes through the holes in the Leg Lever (7). Slide two Leg Pads (22) onto each of the Short Pad Tubes.
