Replacement of Hob Burners injectors
- Remove the pan supports.
- Remove the burner caps and crowns
- Using a socket spanner 7 unscrew
and remove (fig. 14) the injectors,
then replace them with the ones
required for the kind of gas in use
(see table).
Reassemble the parts following the
same procedure backwards.
The hob burners do not need any primary air regulation.
Adjustment of minimum level
1) Light a burner.
2) Turn the relevant knob to the
position of minimum flame;
2) Remove the knob;
3) In case of conversion from
natural gas to LPG, tightly
screw the by-pass screw.
When converting from LPG to
natural gas undo by-pass
screw about one-fourth of a
turn, until a regular small
flame is obtained.
Reassemble the parts following the same procedure backards.
Check that the flame does not come out when turning quickly the
knob from the maximum flame position to the minimum flame
position.
