IGNITION SYSTEM/ CHARGING SYSTEM
5. SENSOR COIL RESISTANCE
• Disconnect the sensor Coil Coupler from
the Wiring Harness
• Connect the Multimeter (Ω X 100) to the
sensor coil coupler
• Check the sensor coil resistance
Sensor coil resistance :
240 Ω Ω Ω Ω Ω ± 20 % (at 20ºC)
Sensor coil is OK
6. CHARGING COIL RESISTANCE
• Remove the Charging Coil coupler from the
Wire Harness
• Connect the Multimeter to the charging coil
• Measure the charging coil resistance
Charging coil resistance
0.75 Ω Ω Ω Ω Ω ± 20 % (at 20ºC)
Charging coil is OK

ELEC
