How and where to massage
It is advised to massage tight and stiff muscle areas with the speed controller in low
position. Apply little pressure at first.
Keep the massager still on one of the next spots for approximately 30 seconds then
move it onto the next part that needs massaging.

Neck and shoulder
It is very important that the part you are massaging is relaxed. When you hold a
massager, the shoulder on the side you hold the massager with will tighten. Therefore
you should hold the massager with the opposite hand.
Never press too hard.
Always finish with a soft massage, with low pressure.
