Before using voice mail you will need to change the default
password to a personal password. It is also recommended that
you record all your greetings at this time.
Note: you will notice a pause when using the voice mail's audio
system prompts. Please be patient.

SETTING UP YOUR NEW PASSWORD AND RECORDING
YOUR GREETINGS
Select the [
When prompted enter your extension or mailbox
The default password is six digits: 1,4, and your
extension
Enter the default password followed by the [#] key
The first time you access your voice mail you will be
asked to change your password
Enter new password (at least 6 digits) followed by the [#]
key
Re-enter the new password followed by the [#] key
It is recommended that you record all your greetings at this
time.
Press the number below and then follow the prompts or
press [5] to record your message and [#] when finished



Press [2] to listen to your greeting
Press [9] to set expiration date for temporary greeting
To record your greeting at a later time or to replace your
greetings follow the steps below:
Log into Voice Mail (see next page)
