TO COMPOSE A MESSAGE FROM YOUR MAILBOX
Log on to the voice mail system
Press [75]
Enter the mailbox number of the recipient followed
by[#], enter additional mailbox numbers, then [#]
when the list is finished
Press [5] to record a message, press [#] when finished
Press [79] to deliver the message or
After pressing
[701] for URGENT delivery or
[704] for PRIVATE delivery
Press [79] to deliver the message.
TO COMPOSE A VOICE MAIL DISTRIBUTION LIST
Log on to voice mail
Press [855]
Enter distribution list number (1 through 9), followed
by [#]
Press [5] to compose list
Enter the list of mailbox numbers, each followed by #,
end the list with [#]
USING THE VOICE MAIL DISTRIBUTION LIST
Log on to voice mail
Press [75]
Enter the distribution list number followed by [#]
Press [5] to record your message, when finished press
[#]
Press [79] to deliver the message
to end the message, you may also press:
[#]
