To join two cabinets together, you need two brackets, 12 round washers, and four 5/8-inch bolts.
Cabinets are joined at the top at two anchor positions. For each anchor position:
1. For the seismic rack: For information on how to orient the bracket when connecting a seismic
rack to other seismic racks, see
For the seismic rack R2: For information on how to orient the bracket when connecting a
seismic rack to other seismic racks, see
2. Stack two washers on top of the anchor holes in the two adjacent cabinets.
3. Stack the brackets on top of the washers.
4. Stack one washer on top of each hole in the bracket.
5. Insert a 5/8-inch bolt in each of the holes. See

6. Using a hex driver, tighten the bolts to 59 in-lbs (6.7 N-m).
