Marking the position of the anchor holes

NOTE:
A full-scale seismic rack floor anchor template is provided with the seismic rack. Use this
template to determine and mark the position of the anchor holes on the floor.
NOTE:
Carefully plan the proper arrangement of equipment to avoid repositioning the rack.
1.
Mark where the front of the rack should be positioned on the floor.
2.
Use the full scale floor template to position the floor template to align with the other equipment
in the lineup and tape it to the floor.
3.
Mark the anchor hole locations as shown on the floor template (eight holes for the seismic
rack, four holes for the seismic rack R2).
4.
Mark the anchor hole locations beginning with the left-most rack in the lineup when viewed
from the front.
