Troubleshooting

Problem
The screen is blank
Sous Vide light on the control
panel is flashing

Possible Reason
The unit has no power
The unit is in standby
mode as START button has
not been pressed within
20 minutes of setting the
program
Flashing indicates the unit is
still gaining temperature
Solution
Check the cord is inserted
into the machine, that the
power is switched on at the
power outlet, and that the
POWER button on the unit
has been pressed.
Press the POWER button to
turn back on and reset your
program and press START.
The flashing will stop when
the set temperature is
reached. By pressing the
TEMP button you can see the
current temperature which
will give you an idea of how
much longer before the set
temperature is reached.
