Step 7 : Attach the Square Pedal
Arms to the Swing Arms
Parts
• Main Assembly from Step 6
Hardware
• #30 - M10 Spring Lock Washer (Qty 2)
• #31 - M10 Wide Flat Washer (Qty 4
• #32 - M10 Hex Lock Nut (Qty 2)
• #34 - M10 x 85 Button Head Bolt (Qty 2)
Tools
• 6mm Hex Key
• Combination Wrench (or 17mm socket wrench -
not included)
Assembly
7-1 Slide the front end of the Square Pedal Arm (A1) into the
Swing Arm bracket.
7-2 Align the Square Pedal Arm with the top holes (H1) of the
Swing Arm.
7-3 Attach the Pedal Arm to the Swing Arm with one M10 x
85 Button Head Bolt, two M10 Wide Flat Washers, one
M10 Spring Lock Washer and one M10 Hex Lock Nut.
7-4 Hand tighten hardware.
Note: Do not tighten hardware at this time.
