Note: Read and understand Steps 6 thru 8 before starting the assembly process for these sections.
Perform steps 6 through 8 on one side of the machine and then repeat on opposite side.
Step 6: Attach the Cam Assembly to the
Main Assembly
Parts
• Main Assembly from Step 5
• #8 - Left Cam Assembly
• #9 - Right Cam Assembly
Note: This step requires two people.
6-1 Rotate the Crank Arm until the roller (R) is at its lowest
position (Figure 6a).
6-2 Set the Cam Assembly on the Crank Arm roller (R) as shown
in Figure 6b. There is a track on the Cam Assembly that sits on
the Crank Arm roller.
Note: Make sure that the roller aligns correctly in the track.
