LEDs

The VideoJet 8008 and VideoJet 8004 network video servers are equipped with
a number of LEDs that show the operating status and can give indications of
possible malfunctions:
Power
Not lit:
Lit green:
Flashes green:
HDD
Flashes red:
Fail
Flashes red:
LAN interface (rear panel)
Green LED lit up:
Orange LED flashes:

Unit is switched off.
Unit is switched on, not connected.
600 ms (50:50) = One active connection
300 ms (50:50) = Two active connections
150 ms (50:50) = Three or more active connections
Data being transmitted to and from the hard drive.
Hardware error (faulty fan);
Firmware upload failed (in connection
with VideoJet-8008 DEFAULT or VideoJet-8004
DEFAULT screen display).
Network connection exists.
Data transmission via the network.
