Purpose:
Sets the ScopeMeter in the remote operation mode
so that the keypad is disabled.
You can use the following methods to return to the
local operation mode so that the keypad is enabled:
1. Sending the GL (Go to Local) command.
Command Syntax:
GR<cr>
Response Syntax:
<acknowledge><cr>
