5. INSTALLING UTILITY

5.1 OkiView for Windows 3.1 & Windows 95

The OkiView Utility provides a simple, quick way of configuring and main-

taining Oki network printers. The main screen contains the OkiView Printer

List of network printers, and provides the starting point to select and man-

age print devices from Windows 95 and Windows 3.x workstations on the

netwrok.

This section gives a summary of OkiView's features.

For more detais, see the OkiView on-line help.

In the explanations, [RET] means to press the Return key.

To install OkiView:

1 Log onto the network as a user with administrative privileges.

2 Insert the OkiView disk into the floppy diskdrive.

3 Assuming your disk is in Drive a , type:
