You can also display "LIST OF JOB" by double-clicking the printer name
whose jobs you wish to confirm, on the "Oki LPR UTILITY" window.
The contents that are displayed for a job are as follows:
"STATUS" column
"DATE/TIME" column :
"SIZE" column

5.2.9 Other functions

5.2.9.1 Deleing print jobs

You will delete an arbitrary print job(s) that is in the spool area:
1 Inn the "Oki LPR UTILITY" window, select the printer driver for
which the print jobs are spooled and display "LIST OF JOB" from
"REMOTE PRINT" menu.
2 Select the job(s) you wish to delete and click "DELETE" button.
In some cases, the print job(s) remains in the printer. If that oc-
curs, reset the printer with the printer's switch.

5.2.9.2 Confirming the printer's data receiving state

The data size that the specified printer has already received is displayed.
When no received data are present, "no entries" is displayed.
To confirm the receiving state, select "PRINTER STATUS..." of the "RE-
MOTE PRINT" menu on "Oki LPR UTILITY" window.

Transmit:
Indicates that a print job is being sent to
the printer.
Waiting:
Indicates that the printer is waiting for
print job to be sent.
Displays the date when printing was
instructed.
:
Displays the data size of the print job
(unit: bytes).
