SOAK
SOAK cycle features brief periods of
agitation and soak time to help
remove heavy soils and stains that
need pretreatment. Select 10 or 22
minutes of soak time, depending on
the soil level of your load.
STEP 1. Set the WATER LEVEL
Control.
STEP 2. Set the PREWASH / SOAK
TEMPERATURE Control.
STEP 3. Set the SPEEDS Control to
the desired position.
STEP 4. Set the Cycle Selector
Control (Timer) to SOAK.
STEP 5. Pull the Timer knob out to
start the washer.
• Use the amount of detergent or
presoak additive recommended by
the manufacturer.
• The SOAK cycle automatically
advances into the PREWASH
cycle.
PREWASH
Use this cycle to get up to 4 minutes of
agitation to help remove heavy soils and
stains that need pretreatment,
STEP 1, Set the WATER LEVEL Control.
STEP 2. Set the PREWASH I SOAK
TEMPERATURE Control.
STEP 3, Set the SPEEDS Control.
STEP 4, Set the Cycle Selector Control
(Timer) to PREWASH.
STEP 5. Pull the Timer knob out to start
the washer.
• Use the amount of detergent or presoak
additive recommended by the
manufacturer.
• PREWASH cycle should be followed by
the ULTRA CLEAN cycle. Add additional
detergent.
