7.13 Electrical connection

DANGER
Danger to life due to electric shock.
The machine may only be connected by trained
electrical specialists.
Disconnect the power plug before carrying out
work on the electrical equipment.
Make sure the power plug cannot be
unintentionally reinserted.
The voltage on the type plate of the sewing drive
must correspond to the mains voltage.

7.13.1 Checking the mains voltage

Important: The voltage on the type plate of the sewing drive must
correspond to the mains voltage.
1. Check the mains voltage before connecting the machine.

7.13.2 Connecting the controller

DANGER
Danger to life due to electric shock.
Disconnect the power plug before connecting the
controller.
Make sure the power plug cannot be
unintentionally reinserted.
Connecting the controller consists of the following work:
Insert the plugs of all connecting cables in the sockets on the
back of the controller.
Connect the controller to the power supply using the power
cable.
To do this, read the  Operating manual for the DAC BASIC
control system. The operating manual is provided in the controller
accessory pack.
