[ROTATE]
In this mode you can rotate pictures manually in 90° steps.
1. Enter [ROTATE] by pressing
2. Select a picture by pressing
pq
3. Press
to select the rotation direction and press [MENU/SET]
to confirm.
4. Press
to return to the PLAYBACK menu.
- Rotating pictures recorded with other equipment might be impossible.
[ROTATE DISP.]
This mode allows you to automatically display pictures vertically if they
were recorded holding the camera vertically.
1. Enter [ROTATE DISP.] by pressing
2. Select [ON] or [OFF] by pressing
3. Press [MENU/SET] to return to the PLAYBACK menu.
- When you play back pictures on a PC, they cannot be displayed in the
rotated direction unless the OS or software is compatible with Exif. Exif
is a file format for still pictures which allows recording information etc. to
be added.
[FAVORITE]
If you set favourite marks for pictures, you can use additional playback
functions.
1. Enter [FAVORITE] by pressing
2. Select [ON] by pressing
3. Press [MENU/SET] again to exit the PLAYBACK menu.
4. Select a picture by pressing
q
. To unmark it, press
5. Continue editing from step 4.
How to cancel all your FAVOURITE settings:
1. Enter [FAVORITE] by pressing
2. Select [CANCEL] by pressing

3. Press
and confirm canceling with [MENU/SET].
4. Press [MENU/SET] again to exit the PLAYBACK menu.
