Replace Toner

Specifies the color of the toner cartridge that you need to replace. The selected toner
cartridge will be moved to the forward position by rotating the toner cartridges carrier. The
message "Ready to replece" is displayed when the preparation for replacing the toner
cartridge is ready.

Report/List

Prints various types of reports and lists.
Note
• The reports and lists are printed on A4 size paper. Load A4 size paper into the tray. Also, when optional
250 sheet or 500 sheet feeder is installed, do not load A4 size paper into the bypass tray but into tray 1.
• For the procedures about printing reports and lists, refer to "6.2 Printing Reports/Lists" (P. 67).
• The reports and lists are all printed in English.

Billing Meter

Displays the printed paper counts on the control panel. The meter is divided according to
the color modes.

• For the procedures about checking the number of printed pages, refer to "Checking Total Printed Pages
on Meter" (P. 77).

4 Setting on the Control Panel
Prints a list of the current printer settings and the installed options.
Prints a detailed list of all the settings on the control panel menus.
Prints a detailed list showing whether print jobs sent from the computer were printed
correctly. This list contains the latest 22 print jobs.
Prints an error history. This list contains the latest 42 errors.
You can print a sample document to check the printer's performance.
Displays the total number of printed pages in black/white printing.
Normally not used.
Displays the total number of pages printed in color.
