Locations of controls and indicators
this button again, the source of small
screen changes from camera 1 to
camera 4.
In playback mode of VCR, it activates as
the TRACKING – button.
10 MENU/TRACKING+ button
This button allows the user to enter/exit
the menu screen from the OSD mode.
In playback mode of VCR, it activates as
the TRACKING + button.
11 STOP/EJECT button
Stops all tape related functions. Press
again to remove the cassette.
12 PAUSE/STILL button
During recording, it is used to pause
recording. (PAUSE) During playback,
pressing it make tape advance by still
picture. (STILL)
13 REPEAT REC LED
If you set REPEAT REC to YES, the LED
will be lit on.
14 SPEED(...) button
In playback or recording mode,
SPEED... button changes the speed 2, 6,
18....720, 960H.
15 REC/REC CHECK button
Performs the recording. Pressing this
button for 3 seconds performs the
recording check.
16 TAPE IN LED
This LED will be lit when there is tape
loaded.
17 SPEAKER
Sound will be heard from this speaker.
18 SET LOCK SWITCH
Switch it to ON to lock all the buttons.

19 VOLUME Down button
Used to lower the volume.
20 AUDIO/MUTE button
If you press this button shortly, it activates
as AUDIO button. When you press it for 3
seconds, the audio becomes mute.
21 AUTO button
Displays each channel sequentially. (C1
C2 C3 C4 QUAD) To release
from AUTO mode, press this button
again.
22 QUAD/P.B THROUGH button
QUAD mode and P.B THROUGH mode
will be switched by pressing this button.
23 C1/.../ SHIFT button
This button allows the user to go to full
screen display of channel 1.
In the zoom mode, this button moves the
zoom in location to the upper side (...).
In the menu screen, this button activates
as SHIFT button.
24 C2/†/ SHIFT button
This button allows the user to go to full
screen display of channel 2.
In the zoom mode, this button moves the
zoom in location to the lower side (†).
In the menu screen, this button activates
as SHIFT button.
25 C3/œ / SET– button
This button allows the user to go to full
screen display of channel 3.
In the zoom mode, this button moves the
zoom in location to the left side (œ). In
the menu screen, this button activates as
SET– button.
26 C4/√/ SET+ button
This button allows the user to go to full
screen display of channel 4.
In the zoom mode, this button moves the
zoom in location to right side(√). In the
menu screen, this button activates as
SET+ button.
27 REW œ œ button
Begins high-speed rewind of the tape or
high-speed reverse playback during
playback.
28 PLAY √ button
Plays a previously recorded tape.
29 F.FWD √ √ button
Begins high-speed fast forward of the
tape or high-speed playback during
playback.
30 SPEED(†) button

SPEED† button changes the speed 960,
720 .... 18, 6, 2H.
31 TIMER button
Used to set the timer recording and
enters into Timer Recording Standby-
mode with the LED lit on.
32 TALK button
By pressing and holding this button, the
user has the ability to talk to a specific
camera location.
