The user will need to login to the switch by following the instructions below for the USER LOGIN. The administrator is able to change the administrator password as needed (see Fig. 9). Two edit fields are available, one for password, the other for verify password. The password can be up to 13 characters in length.

From this screen the administrator can change access rights to the ports for the selected user. The user’s name is displayed at the top of the access list for reference.

    NTI RACKMUX KVM Drawer with NODEMUX Switch DISPLAY FUNCTIONS An NTI RACKMUX with a 17” monitor supports resolutions up to SXGA (1280 x 1024) with a refresh rate at between 55 and 76Hz. When a 15” monitor is present, support for resolutions up to XGA (1024 x 768) apply with a refresh rate at between 55 and 76Hz. The quality of the image on the LCD monitor is adjustable using an On Screen Display (OSD) menu using the control buttons on the RACKMUX.
