If you require assistance during the installation

Contact the NEC Technical Support by phone (1-866-269-1239) or e-mail
(server.support@necam.com) and let the operator know that you want to open a
support request.
Have the system serial number available for the NEC Technical Support operator.
The system serial number is on the back of the cell on the same label as the cell
number.
