Switching off

To switch off a cooking zone:
-
Touch the and
at the same time .
A 0 will light up in the display for a few
seconds. If the cooking zone is still hot
then residual heat will be indicated in
the display.
To switch off the hob:
Touch the ON/OFF sensor switch s.
This switches off all cooking zones.
The residual heat symbol H will light up
in the display of any cooking zone that
is still hot.

After the cooking zones or the hob
have been switched off, the residual
heat of the cooking zones which are
still hot is indicated by an H :
The H only goes out when the cooking
zones are safe to touch.
Please note that the residual heat in-
dicator display does not light up
after a power cut, even if the zones
are still hot.
Do not touch or lay any heat sensi-
tive objects on the cooking zones
while the residual heat display is
still on. Danger of burning and fire.
