To search by user name

Press the { { { { Document Server} } } } key.

Press [Search by User Name].

To specify a registered user name,
select the user name from the dis-
played list, and then press [OK].
Note
❒ To specify an unregistered user
name, follow the procedure be-
low.

To specify an unregistered user
name, press [Non-programmed
Name]. The entry dialog box be-
low appears. Enter the unregis-
tered user name in the entry
dialog box, and then press [OK].

Press [OK].
Only the files beginning with the
name entered appear in the Select
Files to Print display.

❒ To display all the files stored in
the Document Server, press [File
List].

❒ You can print stored documents
from a network computer using a
Web browser. For details about
how to start the Web browser, see
Network Guide.

Press the line for the document
you want to print.
Note
❒ If a password has been set for
the document, the password en-
try dialog box appears. Enter
the password, and then press
[OK].
❒ You can print multiple docu-
ments. See p.38 "Selecting a
Document" .

If you need to change print set-
tings, press [Print Settings].
The Print Settings display appears.
User names, file names, and print
order of documents appear.
Note
❒ Print settings made for printing
in copier or printer mode are
stored after printing and ap-
plied to the next printing. Print
se ttin gs m ade i n fa csim il e
mode, however, are not stored.
❒ If you select multiple docu-
ments, print settings remain in
the first document, but they do
not remain in other documents.
