E Press the title key to be changed.

Specifies the title to select a user.
Note
❒ Default: Title 2
❖ ❖ ❖ ❖ Auto Delete File
Specifies whether documents stored in the Document Server are to be deleted
or not after a specified period of time.
Note
❒ Default: Yes After 3 day(s)
❒ If you select [Yes], the documents stored hereafter will be deleted after a
specified period.
❒ If you select [No], documents will not be deleted automatically.
❒ If you select [Yes], enter a number of days within the range of 1-180 (in 1
day increments).
❒ The factory default is 3 days, which means documents will be deleted 3
days (72 hours) after they are stored.
❖ ❖ ❖ ❖ Delete All Files
All documents stored in the Document Server will be deleted.
Note
❒ Even if a password has been set, all documents will be deleted.
❒ A confirmation message appears. To delete all documents, select [OK].
