SQL 4068
4068 The operand of function name must contain an even number
of characters.
Cause. You specified invalid operands for function name. They must contain an even
number of characters.
Effect. The operation fails.
Recovery. Correct the syntax and resubmit.
SQL 4069
4069 Column name uses an unsupported collation.
Cause. You specified a column name that uses an unsupported collation.
Effect. The operation fails.
Recovery. Correct the syntax and resubmit.

4070 The operand of function name must be exact numeric.
Cause. You specified an invalid operand for function name. It must be type exact
numeric.
Effect. The operation fails.

4071 The first operand of function name must be a datetime.
Cause. You specified an invalid operand for function name. It must be datetime.
Effect. The operation fails.
