DVD/LD control buttons
DVD and LD cannot be selected at the same time
If the DVD/LD is preset by "Remote code set up", the remote
control unit button will function as follows when the mode
switch of the remote control unit is set to DVD/LD,
When the input selector button having the same numbe_ as
the input terminal connecting a DVD player or LD player is
pressed, these players can be operated using buttons (1} to
_1}(buttons (7), _s"and (11} are for DVD players only),
DVD player/LD player which are made by other makers
and are not preset can also be operated using the remote
control unit if buttons (1} to ']1_have learnt the functions
(page 41)
(17 _H_I (CHAPTER SEARCH) button
P_essing quickly once takes you to the start of the
next chapter Each time you press it, you move ahead
to the start of the next chapter
_2_I<< (CHAPTER SEARCH) button
P_essing quickly once takes you to the start of the
chapter currently playing Each time you press it, you
move back to the start of the previous chapter
(39 SOURCE POWER button
Turns the power of the DVD/LD player on and off,
(4) g (PAUSE/STILL) button
Set pauses and still pictures

Continue p_essing to scan in the reverse direction,

Playback is stopped when p_essing once,
With some DVD/LD players, pressing the button twice
may open the disc tray,

displayed,
