baked in a jelly roll pan (short sides all
arotmd) may have darker edges and pale
or light browning may occm:
Do not use a coolde sheet so large that it
touches file walls or file door of file oven.
Never entirely cover a shelf with a large
coolde sheet.
Pies
For best results, bake pies in dark, rough
or dull pans to produce a browne_;
crisper crest.

Cakes
