Make sure aH parts are properUy tightened each time the weight system is used, RepUace any worn parts imme°
diateUy, The weight system can be cUeaned with a damp cloth and a mild, non-abrasive detergent,

TIGHTENING
THE CABLES
Woven came, the type of came used on the weight system, can stretch slightly when it is first used, Ufthere is
sUack in the caMes before resistance is feUt,the caMes shouUd be tightened, To tighten the caMes, first insert the
weight pin into the middUe of the weight stack, SUackcan be removed from these caMes several ways:

1. Tighten the M8 NyUonLocknut
(58) that connects the end of the Low CaMe (53)
to the "U'-bracket (45),

1. Remove the MIO NyUonLocknut
(56) and the MIO x 51mm BoUt(66) from the
CaMe Trap (51), 9Omm Pulley (48), the two Haft
Finger Guards (43), and "U'-bracket (45),
Reattach the Pulley, Cable Trap, and Finger
Guards to the other hole in the "U'°bracket, Make
sure that the CabJe Trap is in the proper posi-
tion and that the Cable and Pulley move
smoothly.

2. Loosen the M12 Nut (84) on the
High Cable (55), Tighten the High Cable into the
Weight Tube (24) until the slack is removed from
the Cable, Retighten the M12 Nut against the
Large Washer (85),

Do not overtighten
the cables.
If the cables are overtightened,
the top weight will be Hfted off the weight
stack. If a cable tends to slip off the pulleys often, it may have become twisted.
Remove the cabJe and
re-install
it. If the cables need to be replaced, see ORDERING
REPLACEMENT
