weight system. The weight system offers a seUection of
weight stations designed to deveUop every major mus-
cue group of the body. Whether your goaUis to tone
your body, build dramatic muscle size and strength, or
improve your cardiovascular system, the weight sys-
tem wHUheUpyou to achieve the specific resuUts you
want.
For your benefit, read this manual carefully before
using the weight system. Ufyou have questions after
