Applygrease tothe Pivot A xle(16).Insert t he Pivot
Axleintothe Upright (2),therightUpper BodyCover
(15),andtheRightUpper Body Arm(10).Next, p ush
thePivot A xleintothe Upright until the leftendof the
PivotAxleBs flushwith theleft sideof the Upright.
Then,raisetheLeftUpper Body Arm(9),andinsert
the Pivot A xleintothe leftUpperBodyCoverandthe
LeftUpper Body Arm.Center t hePivot A xleandrotate
it so theindicated holeis in theposition shown.
9. Haveanother p erson holdthe LeftHandlebar (7) near
the Upright ( 2)asshown. C onnect the leftPulse
Sensor W ire(11)tothe PulseExtension W ire(17).
Slidea Handlebar Cap(12)ontothelowerendofthe
LeftHandlebar.
Slidetheupper endofthe LeftHandlebar (7) intothe
tubeonthefrontofthe Upright ( 2),whilesliding the
lowerendofthe LeftHandlebar ontothePivot A xle
(16).Attachtheupper endofthe LeftHandlebar with
twoM8x42mmButton Bolts(116) a ndtwoM8Jam
Nuts(91);becarefulnot to damagethe Wires(11,
17}as you BnseR the ButtonBolts.Makesurethat
the Jam Nutsare resting
in the hexagonal
holes in
the tube on the front of the Upright. Attach the lower
end of the Left Handlebar with an M8 x 35mm Button
Bolt (117) and an M8 Jam Nut (91). Press the tabs on
the Handlebar Cap (12) into the left Upper Body Cover
(15).
Attach the Right Handlebar (8) to the Upright (2) in the
same way.
Hold the halves of the Upper Handlebar Cover (5)
around the tube on the front of the Upright (2). Attach
the Upper Handlebar Cover with an M4 x 16mm Round
Head Screw (125); be careful not to damage the
Wires (11, 17}.
