included grease totheRamp Axle.
Havea second person holdthetwoRampBushings
(40)against t he indicated t ubesonthe Frame (1).
Alignthetubesonthe Ramp (33)withthe Ramp
Bushings; makesurethatthe Rampis turnedas
shown.Inserttheopenendofthe Ramp Axle(39)into
the Ramp, t heRampBushings, andtheFrame. i f nec z
essary, t aptheRamp Axlewitha rubber malletto
insertit.
SlidetheotherRamp AxleCover(41)ontoan M6x
16mmButton Screw(103)as shown. T ighten the
Button Screwintotheopenendofthe Ramp Axle(39).
4. SlideanM6Washer ( 102)ontoanM6x 16mm Button
Screw(103). T ighten the Button Screwintooneendof
the LiftAxle(38). A pplya smallamount o fgrease to
the LiftAxle.
Raise theRamp(33).Insert t he LiftAxle(38)intothe
welded tubeunder onesideofthe Ramp, t hrough the
motorscrew, a ndthenintothewelded tubeunderthe
othersideof theRamp. A s you insertthe Incline
Axlethroughthe motor screw,makesurethat the
motor screwdoesnot turn.

Screw(103). T ighten the Button Screwintotheopen
endofthe LiftAxle(38).
